Brittany Noelle is the founding/principal artist of PNW Orca Pod Squad Photography. Raised in the green mountains of Vermont, her love of nature began as a child while exploring the wilds of Acadia National Park in Maine. After witnessing their breaching in the Salish Sea her love of whales was solidified. Now a whale enthusiast and conservation activist, she spends countless hours along the west coast documenting these majestic creatures, when not focused on the challenges of Harborview Medical Center’s Emergency Department . You can usually find her with her two "land Orcas" (Heli and Roosevelt), camera in tow, along the shores of the Pacific, roaming from Oregon to the San Juan Islands. As a wildlife photographer, naturalist and conservation advocate she enjoys connecting people with our local ecosystem and the animals that call the Salish Sea and the Pacific Northwest home.
